WAR! Deal with it

The HONOURABLE HYDRA RELOADED has been wardecced by KRIMINAL HENCHMEN, The Orphanage. This being the first time I've been in a propper war, I was eager to DISH OUT JUSTIC and engage in HONOURABLE COMBAT with our aggressors.

FIRST SKIRMISH

Flying my reaper class war vessel I noticed a small camp a few jumps from Hek A HARBINGER AND A HURRIKANE. I flew to Hek and quickly put together a DRAEK OF STRONGST HONOURABILITY, and returned. I jumped into them and burned as they locked me up. At first I tried to separate them before realising neither had propulsion mods, only MIGHTY SENSOR BOOSTERS. Sooooo I changed plan.

I started bombarding the harbinger from range, then when he hit half armour I started burning in for the kill. HOWEVER before I got into heated point range he warped. LEAVING THE HURRIKAN TO FACE JUSTIC ALONE. The cane was arty with no prop mod so getting into a tight orbit of him was trivial. He exploded soon after I tackled him.

FIRST BATTAL LADY SHANIQUA \o/

BATTALZONE HEK.

So there I was in Hek fitting a TARANIS WAR VESSEL to head out on petrol with. I proceeded to undock and be met by a JAGEAR ATTAK BOAT, soon aided by a VAGABOND WAR SHIP, and RUPTURE KLASS VESSAL. So I docked PUT ON SUNGLASSES and undocked my WALF BOAT. It didn't take much to get the Jag 100k off of his friends and I began making war at him. He held me at 9km while missing me with short range ammo HAIL. Eventually he MADE EXPLODE.

Unfortunately It was slightly to late for my Wolf to escape and I got tackled and popped.

I LOVED THAT WOLF SO REVENGE WAS THE ONLY THING ON MY MIND.

I started fitting a DRAEK. Then my client crashed because of incarna. THEN I LOGGED BACK ON and finished my Draek.

It took a lot of on grid warping and the arrival of a harbinger to bolst the orphanages confidence enough to engage. The rupture was replaced by a malediction and the jag pilot had a new jag.

Eventually the vaga pilot slipped and I managed to achieve tackle. WITH THIS HIS FATE WAS SEALED and I made violence upon his hac. I then turned on the Malediction who had me tackled but he managed to escape. NEXT VICTIM was a neutral RR exequror. Whom I exploded from 50k using SCURGE HEAVY MSSALS. I docked and banked the Vaga loot before the next round.

A jag and another vagabond were waiting for me outside. I chose my moment to agress and again MADE EXPLODE on the pilots 2^nd Jag. The vaga held range but even though I did at one point manage to get a web on him I didn't have the cap to mwd and hold him down. So I Docked to repair my shields.

AGAIN I UNDOCKED. Into 2x armour Hurricanes and a Harbinger. I was easily manage to hold range on them and eventually BLEW UP THE FIRST CANE, Piloted by the pilot who had already lost 2 jags.

THEN DISASTER. The malediction had refit a scrambler and tackled me long enough to allow the other cane to get webs on. Obviously I was unable to tank an armour cane AND a Harb so my draek VALIANTLY EXPLODED, and I left my pod empty of implants on grid as to get podded back to where I would soon be partaking in a HYDRA VIKTORY ROAM.

Tanking like a Hero

Today I managed to find time for a lil roam in a JUSTIC ISSUE STABBA, kindly donated to the forces of justice by Alice Mariska.

After roaming through Geminite and finding nothing but a UPS gang, which, although I toyed with for a while, proved un-viable to fight as both a FALCAN DISHONOUR BOAT and RAPIER SLOWING VESSAL were brought onto the field.

Eventually. in FDZ4-A I came across A LOITERING PIRAT MAN in a Cyclone 200km off of a station. I burned for the Kriminal , he locked me on my approach, and began splattering ac fire towards me. THIS MAN WAS PREPARED FOR BATTAL. Knowing there was no way I could win a straight up slug fest in the fit i was flying, I decided to kite his gun damage while denting his tank with emp until he was dry on cap boosters.

I settled into a comfortable orbit of 16km utilizing my mwd when needed to maintain range and tackle.

BATTAL PART ONE: DRONE SUPREMACY

The first challenge came when the enimie hornets were deployed. THESE NEEDED TO DIE!

I was obviously unable to track hornets in tight orbit of my boat. So I had to run my mwd for some time, gaining range and popping them one by one, this took some time as the pirat man was cleverly recycling his drones. This wrecked havoc on my cap, almost allowing him to leave my point range, and also increased my sig so that his HML's the only weapon in his arsenal doing damage to me were hurting ALOT more.

BATTAL PART TWO: WAR OF ATTRITION

As mentioned earlier the Cyclone's missiles were hitting, although they dont do heavy damage this was a LONG fight where I was doing tankable damage in order to wear down the enimies supply of 800s. This also made this by default a competion of WHO HAS ENOUGH AMMO. The pirates FACTION HEAVY MISSALS eventually took me to peak recharge and would of with some more time beaten my tank.

SUDDENLY T1 AMMO

his faction missile stock was dry \o/ and his damage was manageable. HOWEVER i had already run out of emp, and was mostly through my phased plasma. It looked like the Cyclone pilot may of run out of or low on 800s though, as he was getting occasional armour bleed. As the last of my plasma ammo spat out of my 425s I had one option left

IF I WAS TO PRVAIL LIKE A TRUE MEMBER OF THE HYDRA RELOADED JUSTIC SQUAD. Of course, the Cyclone may well of been baiting me, as he had obviously, from how he had kept his tank at peak recharge been very skilled at cap conservation with his shield booster.

I loaded RF fusion, and closed into range of his scrambler with the simple plan

OF BRAWLING HIM DOWN.

It seemed he had run out of 800s as hoped and my autocannons ripped chunks out of his armour before melting the Cyclone structure.

BATTAL HAWK DOWN

Today my mighty Hawk boat went to VALHALLA. The past few days it had had some GLORIOUS VIKTORIES, like proving its courage against JAGUAR VESSAL. Swiftly disposing of DRAMIEL WARBOAT with Rapier friend, and fending off TARANIS OF DISHONOUR trying to hold me down for his Rupture and Jaguar comrades. This is also the Hawk from my recent blog post THE CONTINUED TALES OF LITTLE HAWKS THAT COULD. It was put together because friend and justice warrior MR KINGWOOD gave me a small pithi c-type booster and I feel I DEFINATLY GOT HIS MONIES WORTH.

Anyway I SHALL NOW RECALL THE LAST HOURS OF THIS MIGHTY VESSAL.

I formed up for an ELIT GENOS OCCIDERE JUSTIC ROAM, with WARLOAD PROZACXX in a mighty JAEGAR ATTAK BOAT and C7P9 also in a HAWK WARRIOR.

Three jumps into our patrol we come across SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR in the Orfrold solar system.

We set out to investigate, we go to a faction warfare plex acceleration gate, and soon an Arbitrator class cruiser warps in at range, WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT JUSTIC IS ON OUR SIDE WE MOVE TO ENGAGE. Prozacxx's jag arrives at the kriminal first and makes attack not long followed by myself and C7P9. As the Arb is about to hit its meaty armour tank the kriminals trap is sprung.

Two Dramiels arrive on grid, shortly followed by a Taranis and Vexor. They are however 100k off as they landed on the plex acceleration gate at zero. The two Drams close fast and try to stay out of Scram range, the Arbitrator is reduced to WREKAGE! and then C7P9, WITH COURAGE AND SPEED, manages to tackle one of the Drams and WE BRAWL IT DOWN.

After seeing their comrades explode so fast the other Dramiel and Taranis turn tail and burn away.

We burn towards them, the dram and ranis warp out, HOWEVER Prozacxx in his speedy Jag lands tackle on the plated small gun Vexor. WE BEGIN TO LIGHT THE KRIMINAL UP. It seems like he had been abandoned, but as he explodes HIS BRAV FRAND in the FEARSOME SLEIPNER COMMAND SHIP warps in at zero to make battle. Unfortunately for him, at 0 on three AF's is a p.bad place for a Sleip to be, we settled into orbit and began chipping away at him. The Taranis appeared on grid again but was soon EXPLODED. The Sleipner pilot UNABLE TO LIVE WITH THE BURDON OF THE KRIMES HE HAD COMMITED initiated self destruct.

As the Sleip entered low shield the Vexor pilot returned in a Myrmidon BATTALKRUISER, he then proceeded to get stuck on the acceleration gate 30k off so we ignored him.

AS THE SLEIPNER'S ARMOUR HIT 50% A HUGE EXPLOSION BEGAN. His self destruction was complete, and although it meant we received no kill mail, WE KNEW IN OUR HEARTS THAT JUSTIC HAD PRVAILED AND THAT IS WHAT MATTERS.

At this point we should of warped...

… Instead we went for the Myrm, not long after we had settled into orbit, a Hurricane landed, We switched to the cane and proceeded to dent its mighty armour buffer, BUT THESE BATTALKRUSERZ WERE NOT ALONE, another cane landed and between the multiple neuts, and webs they managed to explode my BRAVE HAWK WARRIOR, I warped my pod out as Prozacxx's JAGUAR WARBOAT and C7P9's HAWK exploded as well.

JUSTIC WAS SERVED, BUT AT A GREAT COST

Stabber: JUSTICE ISSUE!

Patrolling the familiar space lanes of Metropolis once again in my POLIC ISSUE STABBA. I come across A SUSPICIOUS LOOKING PIRAT MAN IN A HURRIKAN WARBOAT along with a almost as suspicious HARBINGAR LAZOR VESSAL. Curious as to the nature of their business I MAK PURSUIT to ensure all is well. I follow them through Orfrold and Egmar and into Arnher where I find them waiting for me on the gate. SEEMINGLY UNAWARE THAT ATTACKING A POLIC OFFICAH IZ AN OFFENCE, the HARBINGAR assaults me with lazer weapons, I immediately ENGAGE and get in a tight orbit with my afterburner running to reduce his damage. The Hurricane now obviously aware that I am a champion of justice and a threat to his pirating ways WRECKLESSLY JOINS THE ENGAGEMENT AND MAKES SHOOT AT ME. Thankfully the cane is cautious and engages outside of medium neut range and web range. THIS IS CLEARLY VERY CLEVER WITH ME SPEED TANKING AND ACTIVE TANKING.

In a completely UN pro move on my part upon engaging 2x high dps well ARMOUR tanked battlecruisers I

1. FORGET TO TAKE ANY SORT OF BOOSTER THE ENTIRE FIGHT

AND

2. BRAWL THEM WITH EMP AMMO

The Harb is very slowly going down and when he reaches about half armour THE HURRIKAN MOVES CLOSER TO MAK WEB AND NEUT. My tank is now under considerably more strain and my 800's are running low, So I heat my afterburner to try and counter the canes web and heat my guns TO BRAWL THE HARB DOWN FASTER.

FINALLY THE HARBINGAR LAZOR VESSAL EXPLODES \o/

I switch to the the cane and quickly apply my scram before getting into a tight orbit. I have only 3x 800's left and am being neuted so decided to keep repping to a minimal in order to keep my ab and scram on. With my armour dipping rather low at points I manage to hold out and soon

Satisfied with this excellent start to April, I dock up in Evati and log for the night

THE CONTINUED TALES OF LITTLE HAWKS THAT COULD

I jumped into Ezsur on a routine petrol, and what do I see BUT A SENSOR BOOSTING ARTILLERY RUPTURE. It belongs to The Murientor Tribe, who just happen to be renowned for being one of the most CORRUPT UNDERHANDED CORPS WITHIN THE MINMATAR COMMUNTIY SUPPORT FORCES. He's 60k off me, I uncloak my Hawk class war vessel and gain transversal, as I reach 40k he opens fire. MISS. I heat my afterburner and continue to burn in at an angle while covered by the sentry guns. MANNED ON THIS DAY BY UPSTANDING CITIZANZ RESISTANT TO THE BRIBES OF THIS KRIMINAL CORP. I begin to launch Rockets as the kriminal EXPLODES before I even get in scram range. As his pod appears on overview so does his corp mate in a FEARSOME RAPIER, followed by an Enyo, a Rifter, and a Dramiel. I get in a tight orbit of the Rapier thinking, HE'S SURELY NOT GOING TO ENGAGE AT THIS RANGE IS HE...ESPECIALLY WITH ARTY....WAIT A SEC...HE IS...GO GO JUSTIC SCRAMBLER. The foolish Rapier is soon reduced to scrap. As his friends watch unable to do anything.

Not wanting to engage the Enyo, Dram and Rifter all at once I casually drop some ammo in a can to see if they bite. Eventually the Dram pilot takes it, THEN UPON REALISING HIS 65MILLION ISK FRIG MIGHT GET SHOT AT BY A HAWK OF STRONG HONOUR AND MIGHTAY ROCKATZ he immediately burns away. I try to catch him for a few minutes before he docks to hide from my wrath.

Due to the amount of times this corrupt corp have shipped up in station to bigger ships/numbers and overwhelming ewar, when involved in a GFGF against me where they already have huge advantages, I end up feeling p.happy about the engagements result.
